As we step into a new year filled with fresh opportunities and creative ventures, we’re thrilled to share some big news - RSM Design is growing! Our team is welcoming a group of talented new professionals who are bringing their unique skills and perspectives to our collaborative efforts. Together, we’re eager to reach new heights and continue crafting impactful designs that inspire and connect. This growth extends across all of our offices, with new team members joining us across all of our offices in San Clemente, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York.

RANDY PACE, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Randy joins the RSM Design team as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing over 30 years of global experience to the role. A certified public accountant, he excels at strengthening financial health and simplifying complex challenges into actionable solutions. Randy is known for his collaborative approach and strategic mindset, always balancing the big picture with attention to detail. With excellent interpersonal skills, he communicates finance in business terms, fostering transparency and openness to new ideas that add value to the company.

JON LUEHMANN, ASSOCIATE

Jon hails from northeast Michigan but has called New York City home since 2014. With a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Jon brings a holistic approach to his work, engaging in all phases of a project - from site analysis and strategy to design development and construction documentation. As an Associate Designer at the RSM New York studio, Jon applies his extensive experience in Environmental Graphic Design, signage, wayfinding systems, brand systems, and package design to deliver meaningful, engaging experiences that resonate with people. His diverse skill set allows him to tackle a wide range of design challenges, ensuring cohesive and impactful solutions.

BEN RUSH, ASSOCIATE

Ben joins the RSM Design Dallas studio as an Associate Designer, bringing a wide-ranging background in environmental graphics, branding, and wayfinding design. His experience spans across logo design, signage systems, brand strategy, and project management, allowing him to craft meaningful visual solutions across a variety of contexts. A member of AIGA Dallas Fort Worth and the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, Ben is known for his ability to ‘figure things out,’ pairing strategic thinking with a designer’s eye to create work that is both grounded and compelling.

KATIE DOORNEK, DESIGNER

Katie joins RSM Design’s San Clemente studio as a Designer, bringing a multidisciplinary background that enriches her work in environmental graphic design, brand development, and visual communications. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), she earned her BA in Design with a minor in Graphic Design, blending her education with hands-on experience in interior design and product design. Her work is driven by a desire to create emotionally resonant designs that leave a lasting impression on their audiences. Katie’s creative journey informs a thoughtful, imaginative approach that strengthens every phase of her design process.

MJ HITCHCOCK, DESIGNER

Joining the Los Angeles studio, MJ steps into her role as Designer with a background rooted in environmental graphic design and brand development.. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design & Digital Media from Laguna College of Art & Design (LCAD), where she honed her skills across multiple areas of visual communication. With a background in communication design, motion graphics, apparel design, and illustration, MJ brings a multifaceted perspective to her work. Her ability to blend strategy with creativity allows her to craft thoughtful, visually compelling design solutions across a variety of platforms.

ASTRID HOGLUND, DESIGNER

Astrid is a Designer at the RSM Design Los Angeles studio. Starting as an intern, she has since transitioned into a full-time role, contributing to the visualization and execution of innovative Environmental Graphic Design concepts that bring fresh ideas to life for her team and clients. With a design degree from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), she brings expertise in product development, interior architecture, and exhibition design. Astrid’s strengths in project visioning and concept drawing enable her to craft compelling narratives and influential designs.

JONAH LADESIC, DESIGNER

Jonah, with a versatile skill set and an emphasis on branding and identity, brings his expertise to RSM Design’s San Clemente studio. His work extends across typography, web design, and creative problem solving, allowing him to adapt to a variety of project needs. Known for his thoughtful approach to design, Jonah excels at blending creativity with practicality to bring ideas to life. He’s a valuble asset to RSM Design’s brand team, bringing clarity and thoughtfulness to every contribution.

PEYTON WEBSTER, DESIGNER

Peyton, a native Texan, relocated to Southern California to pursue her passion at Laguna College of Art + Design (LCAD), where she earned her degree in Graphic Design + Digital Media with an Action Sports Emphasis. Joining the RSM Design San Clemente studio as a Designer on the Marketing team, Peyton brings a strong foundation in design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics, along with an ability to translate ideas into visually compelling solutions. She excels at creating designs that engage audiences and elevate brands, specializing in marketing design, product development, interior design, and brand development. With a user-focused mindset, Peyton collaborates with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into innovative, impactful visual experiences.

MIKAYLA ZANCANELLI, DESIGNER

Relocating from Denver to Southern California, Mikayla is a designer with a focus on brand identity, signage, and environmental graphics. She earned her degree in Communication Design, with a minor in Sculpture, from Miami University in Ohio, and is excited to bring her talents to RSM’s San Clemente studio, contributing to EGD and brand development. She approaches design with curiosity and passion, striving for unique solutions that create surprise and delight. Her process allows her to craft meaningful narratives. With expertise in design and proficiency in brand strategy, Mikayla is skilled at adapting her approach to align with each client’s vision and deliver impactful solutions.

CLAIRE GRIFFIN, STUDIO MANAGER

Claire joins the RSM Design team as Studio Manager for the New York studio, bringing a thoughtful blend of creativity and organization to the role. A former intern at our San Clemente studio, Claire returns to RSM Design with a deep appreciation for the studio culture and collaborative spirit. Her background spans graphic design, photography, marketing, and administrative support, giving her a versatile toolkit for managing both creative needs and operational flow. With a strong sense of initiative and curiosity, she thrives in dynamic environments where she can help ideas take shape and teams stay connected.

MICHELLE CONWAY, ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Michelle joins the RSM Design San Clemente studio as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the team through a wide range of essential financial and operational tasks. From accounts payable and receivable to billing, payroll assistance, and tax filing, she helps ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently. With a meticulous eye for detail, Michelle contributes to quality control, reporting, and peer review, while also handling data entry and administrative support with care and precision. Her organizational skills and behind-the-scenes coordination play a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations aligned and on track.
